iDissent

We (the iDissent developers) permit you (an iDissent user) to use iDissent only if you agree:

to take iDissent as is;
that, to the extent permissible by law, we are not liable for any damages of any sort due to your use of iDissent;
that, if we are held liable for damages of any sort, we will be liable for no more than the licensing fee paid for your use of iDissent;
to indemnify us if a third party is injured due to your use of iDissent;
to use a license key only if that license key's owner authorizes you to;
to resolve any disputes in Ontario according to Ontario law; and
to not reverse-engineer iDissent.
